The Body Code®

The Body Code® is an approach developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, and is used within a holistic wellbeing context.

โ€‹

The Emotion Code® forms part of the Body Code® framework and focuses on working with emotional experiences that may still feel present for some individuals.

โ€‹

These approaches are used as complementary methods. Rather than diagnosing conditions, they provide a structured way of exploring different aspects of wellbeing.

โ€‹

Within this framework, wellbeing is often viewed as involving balance across a number of areas.

During sessions, we may explore aspects such as: โ€‹ ๐Ÿ”น Energies This may involve working with emotional or mental experiences that clients feel could still be affecting them, using gentle, supportive techniques. ๐Ÿ”น Circuitry Sessions may include exploring concepts such as the bodyโ€™s energy systems, including chakras and meridian-based approaches, in a reflective and non-clinical way. โ€‹ ๐Ÿ”น Toxicity Some clients choose to explore general lifestyle and environmental factors as part of their overall sense of wellbeing. ๐Ÿ”น Pathogens This area is approached from a holistic perspective rather than diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions. ๐Ÿ”น Structural โ€‹Sessions may include discussion around physical awareness and how the body feels, supporting a sense of balance and alignment. ๐Ÿ”น Nutritional โ€‹This can involve general awareness of hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle habits as part of overall wellbeing. These approaches are used as part of a complementary wellbeing practice and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Experiences can vary from person to person.

How does the Body Code work?

โ€‹

The Body Code® is an approach that works with the idea that your subconscious mind holds information about your experiences, patterns, and overall sense of balance.

โ€‹

In a session, we use gentle techniques ,structured frameworks and muscle testing as a way of guiding focus and exploration within the subconscious mind to identify what may be relevant for you at that time.

This process is used as a way of guiding the session, rather than diagnosing or identifying medical issues.

โ€‹

You only share what you feel comfortable with and you remain fully in control throughout.
