Session Validity

All sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Where sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to offer an alternative time.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment, or arrive too late for the session to proceed, the session may be charged in full.
